Parent Resources

The EDGE is our middle school youth ministry for students in grades 6-8. EDGE meets every Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm at the LifeTeen House. Middle school students gather with fun games, listen to a teaching on the nights topic, break open the teaching in small groups (which are divided by grade level), and close the night in prayer.

This fall semester middle school students will be discussing the parables of Jesus and the impact they have on our lives when authentically lived. During the semester there will be opportunities for a lot of prayer, eucharistic adoration, and reconcilaiton. EDGE middle school students are encouraged to attend the Sunday evening LifeTeen Mass at 6:00 pm to join the high school teens in prayer every week.

this week at EDGE - care for God's creation

Last week we talked about how each of us are created in the image and likeness of God, and how that means we need to respect all human life. But what about God's other creation? You know, the one that God put us in charge of in the book of Genesis? We need to respect that too by protecting our environment and the things in it.

This week, EDGE is going green and wants you to be a part of it. Find out how you can honor God and take care of our world at the same time. Definitely a night not to be missed!
